Production & Fulfilment
- As a preorder brand, please allow up to 6 weeks from when purchase window closes for your order to be shipped.
- Some items may ship sooner, but 6 weeks is our maximum window.
Delivery Estimates (after dispatch)
- Australia: 2–6 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days (customs may add delays).
Shipping Confirmation
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Split Shipments
- Orders with multiple items may arrive separately, depending on production timelines.
Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

- DOOKABAAM follows a pre-order model—each item is made especially for you. Please allow up to 6 weeks from production date to dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched as soon as all items are ready—preorders and in-stock items ship together—unless stated otherwise.
Peak & Holiday Periods
- During busy seasons or holiday periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch beyond our usual lead time. We’ll always share updates if this applies to your order.
