How do pre-orders work?

All DOOKABAAM pieces are offered on a pre-order basis. This means your item is made especially for you once you place your order and the order window term has closed. Please allow up to 6 weeks for production and dispatch (plus delivery time depending on location).

✨ Many orders ship sooner, but 6 weeks is our maximum window.
What is a “Wardrobe”?

A wardrobe is a curated capsule collection — multiple pieces designed to be worn in multiple ways.

  • Buying a wardrobe gives you 20% off the total value.
  • It might feel like more upfront, but you’re investing in pieces that last longer, mix and match, and reduce waste long-term.
  • Once a wardrobe is sold out, it’s gone. Only select core pieces remain in rotation.
How does sizing work?

DOOKABAAM is designed to be slightly oversized so your kids don’t grow out too quickly.

  • Want a skirt to double as a dress? → size up.
  • Child is smaller than average for their age? → size down.

    We’ve shifted sizing slightly so pieces are flexible, comfy, and growth-friendly.
How do I care for my DOOKABAAM pieces?

Our pieces are made to be worn, loved, and handed down. To care for them:

  • Wash cold to protect colour + fabric.
  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
  • Line dry when you can (better for the earth + the clothes).
  • Iron low if needed.

    These are clothes for adventures — not the back of the wardrobe.
How often do you launch collections?

We don’t follow seasons. Instead, DOOKABAAM drops Wardrobes sporadically — about 3 times per year.

  • Each wardrobe is unique and limited.
  • Core staples may remain available between drops.
What’s next for DOOKABAAM?

We’re just getting started. In our first year, we’ll launch a Resell Platform so families can rehome pieces once they’ve been outgrown.
